What makes 76 Crew different

Most creator programs teach shortcuts. We teach independent thinking, civil debate, and craft. No rage-bait. No cheap shots. No algorithm worship.

The 76 promise

  • A clear creator thesis
  • A defined lane and primary format
  • A finished, portfolio-ready signature piece
  • A repeatable plan for what you create next

What you get

  • Live sessions with working guidance
  • Professional guest speakers
  • Structured feedback loops to iterate fast
  • Small cohort accountability and momentum
  • $500 participation grant upon completion

What you will learn

  • Sharpening POV and voice without dropping civil debate
  • Choosing formats intentionally (studio, field, investigative, satire, voice-driven)
  • Crafting pieces that hold attention: hook, structure, pacing, landing
  • Producing clean, credible content with practical workflows
  • Handling scrutiny and criticism without reactive posting

Graduation and opportunities

Graduation is earned: required work must be completed and your signature piece must meet a real quality bar.

Top performers may be considered for future opportunities in the 76 network. Participation does not guarantee representation, compensation, or a long-term deal.

What we require

  • Full participation for all 4 weeks
  • Willingness to take feedback and iterate
  • Deliverables submitted on time
  • Intellectual honesty and respectful engagement
